Ena Breaux Lege

ABBEVILLE—Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 24, 2015 at a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church honoring the life of Ena Breaux Lege, 98, who died Monday, January 19, 2015 at Maison du Monde Living Center.
She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery.
Ena retired from the Vermilion Parish School Board with seventeen years of service as a cook. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother.
She is survived by hers son, John Dale Lege and his wife Charlene of Abbeville; daughter, Donna Alston and her husband Billy of Abbeville; sister, Eldith Lege of Meaux; eleven grandchildren; and seventeen great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Preston Lege; parents, Laodice Breaux and the former Estella Cormier; and sisters, Effie Trahan, Rita Trahan, Loretta Denais and Erith Vincent.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Friday, January 23, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Saturday, January 24, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. until when the procession will depart for the church.
