Three indicted by Grand Jury in disappearance Tyler Domingue

Last week the Vermilion Parish Grand Jury returned a True Bill on the following individuals as it relates to the disappearance of Tyler Domingue, who was reported missing from St. Landry Parish in May of 2014.
Vermilion Parish Sheriff Mike Couvillon says that investigators have been investigating Tyler Domingue’s disappearance since that time and in June of 2016 a vehicle registered to her was recovered from Bayou Tigre in Vermilion Parish.
Sheriff Couvillon further stated that evidence was presented to the Grand Jury and indictments were handed down on the following individuals.
• Dereck Viator of Youngsville.
One count of 1st Degree Murder – no bond
Two counts of intimidating a witness – no bond
• One count of conspiracy to obstruction – no bond
Johnny Primeaux of Lafayette
• One count - . Accessory to 1st Degree Murder – bond $300,000
• One count of conspiracy to Obstruction – bond $200,000
Brady Derouen from Abbeville
One count - accessory to 1st Degree Murder –bond $200,000
One count - Conspiracy to Obstruction – bond $300,000
Finally, Sheriff Couvillon says that this is still a very active investigation and no other information can be released at this time however additional arrest may be forthcoming.
In May of this year, the Sheriff’s Office charged Viator for the alleged first-degree murders Cody Fell and Abigail Clark, who were found dead inside a burnt SUV on Claude Road in Vermilion Parish on April 16, 2014.
