Teen arrested in connection to Tuesday’s shooting in Abbeville

Abbeville Police arrested a 15-year-old in connection to a shooting that occurred Tuesday evening.
According to Abbeville Police Department Lt. David Hardy, the juvenile has been booked for attempted first-degree murder.
The juvenile allegedly fired shots into a vehicle after an argument. The incident, which occurred near the 600 block of North Lamar Street. A woman was struck in the arm. The victim was transported to Abbeville General, where she was treated for the gunshot wound and then transported to another medical facility.
She is reportedly in stable condition.
