Daisy Bell Eve Mire Sonnier

KAPLAN—Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, December 7, 2015 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Daisy Sonnier, 89, who died Saturday, December 5, 2015 at her residence. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Rev. Mark Miley officiating the services.
She is survived by her son, Marvin Wayne Sonnier of Abbeville; one daughter, Lottie and her husband, C.R. Hebert of Kaplan; four grandchildren, Glade Hebert, Gena Hebert Lemaire, Angie Hebert, and Draper Hebert and his wife, Renee; six great grandchildren, Kylee Angelle Lemaire, Tanner Jordyn Lemaire, Parker Jude Hebert, Lainie Erin Hebert, Layla Marie Hebert, and Ryley Ann Hebert.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dalton Sonnier; and her parents, Nazair Mire and the former Lydia Mouton.
The family would like to thank Hospice of Acadiana and Homeinstead Senior Care for the gracious care of Ms. Sonnier for the last several years and recent months.
