KAPLAN — Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Gage Michael Meaux, 23, who died Friday, December 4, 2015. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Pastor Jacob Aranza officiating the services. Serving as pallbearers will be Erik Meaux, Keegan Stanford, Jacob Kehrer, Gavin Meaux, Todd Guidry and Paxton Fusilier. Honorary pallbearers will be Clint Matthew and Jade LeMaire.
He is survived by his father, Michael Meaux and his wife, Christine of Kaplan; his mother, Leslie Meaux of Lafayette; his twin brother, Gavin Joseph Meaux of Holden; one sister, Morgan Meaux Kehrer and her husband, Jacob of Lafayette; his maternal grandfather, Wade Robicheaux of Indian Bayou; his maternal grandmother, Ellen Viator of Holden; his paternal grandfather, Michael Meaux of Erath; two aunts, Misti Meaux of Kaplan and Ashlie Robicheaux of Indian Bayou; and his uncle, Erik Meaux and his wife Tiffany of Abbeville.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Kathy Meaux.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Monday, December 7, 2015 from 2 p.m. until 10 p.m.; Tuesday, December 8, 2015 from 8 a.m. until services.
