Miss Tesia Trahan becomes Mrs. Jason Lee Rice

Tesia Marie Trahan and Jason Lee Rice were united in marriage, Saturday, March 21, at six o’clock in the evening at L’Eglise in Erath, La. Johnny C. Choate officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Melissa and Paul (Bazook) Trahan of Kaplan, La. She is a 2009 graduate of Kaplan High School and a 2012 graduate of Acadiana Technical College for business office technical.
The groom is the son of Todd and Laurie Rice of White Stone, Virginia. He is a graduate of Lancaster High School of Virginia. He is currently employed by Omega Protein.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore an ivory vintage chantilly lace gown with three-quarter sleeves, and jeweled detail at neckline and waist. The sheer covered back was enclosed with cascading covered buttons throughout the court train, designed by Jasmine Couture.
Megan Begnaud, friend of the bride, served as maid of honor. Matron of honor was Michelle Frith, a friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Olivia LeMaire, Jennifer King, Ashley Payne, Gidget Vincent, and Joanna Rice, sister of the groom. Flower girls were Adalyn Hebert and Chelsea Durvin.
Cory Rice, friend of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Taylor Trahan, Justin Mitchell, Cody Payne, Scott Mitchell, Travis Rice, brother of the groom, and John Trahan, brother of the bride. Ring bearer was Jeremy (Bubba) Hebert. Ushers included Zach Gaspard and Tanner Trahan.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at L’Eglise. The couple will reside in Maurice.
