Brittany Hebert becomes Mrs. Ethan Richard

Miss Brittany Hebert and Mr. Ethan Richard were united in holy matrimony on Friday, March 20, 2015 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Delcambre, La.
Father Kendal Faulk officiated the 7 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Carl Brian Hebert and Lisa Hebert. Her grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Opta LeBlanc and Norris Hebert and the late Yvonne Hebert, all of Abbeville.
The groom is the son of Lance and Jessica Richard, and the late Jonathan Richard. His grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Renard of Erath, La. and Mrs. Margaret Richard of Abbeville, and the late Ronald Richard.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Francis LeBlanc. Readings were given by Casey Hebert, brother of the bride.
Ushers were Casey Hebert and Trey Theriot, friends of the groom, and Brenn Renard, cousin of the groom.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a soft and romantic gown from the Allure Collection. It featured a scoop neckline and off-the-shoulder cap sleeve and V-shaped back. The slim fitted dress featured a delicate ivory lace over a cafe’ silk lining finished by a semi cathedral train and a beaded accent belt. The cathedral length veil with detailed edging matched the accented belt.
The bride’s bouquet consisted of a dozen ivory silk roses accented with natural China Millet and baby’s breath wrapped with burlap and lace at the stem. In the bouquet, she carried her mother’s rosary.
Serving as matron of honor was Brandi St. Germain, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids included Ashley Menard, sister of the bride; Lanie Richard, sister of the groom; Jenna Soirez, friend of the bride; Addie Richard, cousin of the groom and Rebecca Posoblec, friend of the bride. Flower girl was Bailey Hebert, niece of the bride, and Lucy Hebert, godchild of the bride.
The bridesmaids wore mint colored long strapless A-line silhouette dresses with an ultra feminine bodice. They carried a small bouquet of ivory and beige hydrangea accented with china millet that was wrapped in burlap at the stem.
The flower girls wore an ivory/champagne spaghetti strap bodice dress with embroidered lace detail and champagne ribbon at the waist with a tulle ball gown skirt. They carried a ball of ivory and beige hydrangeas accented with baby’s breath.
The mother of the bride wore a Cameron Blake designed silver chiffon modified mermaid dress with sheer lace and short sleeves, bateau neck sheer lace over a sweetheart bodice featuring a hand-beaded lace and ruched chiffon midriff, asymmetrically dropped waistline with a sweep train.
The mother of the groom wore a Montage by Mon Cheri designed black Georgette chiffon A-line dress with lace elbow-length sleeves, deep front and back V-necklines, a lace bodice and asymmetrically dropped waistline accented with side hand beaded motif, side gathered skirt with a sweep train.
Best man was Haiden Richard, cousin of the groom. Groomsmen included Hanns Rivet, Andre Renard, Lance Richard, Blair Menard and Drew Suire. Ghazi Ayoub, nephew of the bride, was the ring bearer.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at La Louisianne Banquet Hall.
Upon their return from a wedding trip to the Bahamas, the couple will reside in Abbeville, La.
