Ernia Mary Cormier Simoneaux

ABBEVILLE — Funeral services for Ernia Mary Simoneaux, 70, will be held Tuesday December 23, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Erath, with Father Bill Melancon Pastor of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday December 22, 2014 from 4:00PM until time of services on Tuesday.
A Rosary will be recited Monday at 7:00PM, at David Funeral Home of Abbeville. Burial will follow in the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Cemetery.
A native of Gueydan and resident of Dulac, Ernia passed away Sunday December 21, 2014 at a Houma Health Care Facility.
Survivors include her children, Tina and her husband Kenny Brasseaux of Rayne, Roxanne and her husband Danny Aube of Rayne, Angela and her husband Chris Domingue of Erath, and Clement and his wife Amanda Simoneaux III of Dulac; her step daughter Samantha Dupuis of Abbeville; three brothers Mason Adams of Catahoula and Manson and Glen Adams both of Jennings. She is also survived by her companion Billy Miller of Crowley, and the father of her children Clement Simoneaux Jr. of Grosse Isle, La.; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents Willie Cormier Sr. and Effie Abshire.
Serving as pallbearers will be Clement Simoneaux III, Clement Simoneaux IV, Baylee Simoneaux, Noah Domingue, and Josh Hebert, and Jody B.J. Dupuis Jr.
