Neola Romero Hargrave

KAPLAN—Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 29, 2014 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Neola Romero Hargrave, 83, who died Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at Kaplan Healthcare Center. She was laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Keith Landry officiating the services.
She is survived by her daughter, Deanna Rung of Kaplan; three sisters, Lona R. Myers of Bayou Vista, Ouida R. Blanchard of Morgan City, and Earline R. Liner of Morgan City; six grandchildren, Errol Rung, Barret Hargrave, Dale Hargrave, Crispis Broussard, April Broussard, and Nicky Abshire; and thirteen great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Oldy Hargrave; her parents, Francis Romero and the former Eugenia Feverjean; one son, Larry Dale Hargrave; one daughter, Winnie Broussard; one granddaughter, Eugenia Lynn Rung; one grandson, Brock Rung; one son-in-law, Ellis Rung Jr.; two brothers, Minus Romero and Andrew Romero; and two sisters, Marie Roy and Anna Mae Simon.
The family requested that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Saturday, November 29, 2014 from 8 a.m. until services with a rosary being prayed at 10 a.m.
