ABBEVILLE — A Home-going Service will be held for Cora B. Caffery 41, the former Cora Brailey at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Rose Hill Baptist Church, Abbeville, LA
She will await the resurrection at Rose Hill Cemetery, Abbeville, LA.
A gathering of family and friends will begin at 8:00 A.M. at the church until time of funeral services.
A native and resident of Abbeville, LA she passed at 10:52 A.M. Friday at Lafayette General Medical Center.
She leaves to cherish her memory her mother Lola Mae Taylor (William Darby) of Abbeville, LA, one daughter Cor-londa Williams of Abbeville, LA, two sons, Nicholas Taylor and Trevaughn Citizen of Abbeville, LA, her companion Orlanda Williams of Abbeville, LA, four sisters, Veronica Brailey and Lisa Citizen of Abbeville, LA, Alberta Citizen and Barbara Ann Citizen of Church Point, LA, three brothers, Ronald Brailey, Donald Brailey, and Nelson Citizen all of Abbeville, LA, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dalton Caffery, father, Joseph Citizen, Sr., and three brothers, Russell Citizen, Haywood Citizen and Joseph Citizen, Jr.
Active pallbearers will be members of the Immediate family.
