5-2A All-District team

The district 5-2A All-District team has finally made its way out, and the Delcmabre Panthers have six players that were fortunate enough to make the team.
The Panthers managed to have two players on the first team, three players on the second team and one honorable mention.
Hunter Dooley made the first team as a pitcher.
Through the course of the district schedule, Dooley had a 1-2 record with a 5.04 earned run average.
The other Delcamabre player to make the first team was Seth Esponge.
Esponge made the first team as a utility player.
He had a batting average of .300 over the course of the Panthers district record.
Alex Barras, Zach Trahan and Brayton Trahan were the three Panthers to make the second team.
Hunter DeRanger was the last Panther to make the All-District team, and he made it as an honorable mention.
The Panthers wrapped up the season with a 9-14 record, which was good enough to earn the 31st seed in the playoffs.
Unfortunately, the Panthers were not able to get past the first round.
