7-1A All-District softball team

The Gueydan Honey Bears had eight players that were fortunate enough to make the 7-1A All-District team.
Cheyenne LaCombe was the only player for the Honey Bears to be named to the first team.
Ashari Terry, Sheridan Guidry and Keegan Hanks were all named to the second team.
The Vermilion Catholic Lady Eagles had 11 players make the All-district team.
Leah Camel and Katie Frith were named to the All-District first team.
Zanesia Bernard, Bella Doucet and Ellen Langlinais were named to the second team all-district team.
One of the special things about the end of the season awards is the All-Academic awards that are released.
The All-Academic team consist of players that accumulated a 3.0 grade point average or higher over the course of the season.
The Gueydan Honey Bears had 11 make the 7-1A All-Academic team.
Ashari Terry , Mya Vincent, Cheyenne Lacombe, Keegan Hanks, Sheridan Guidry, Lindsey Vedalier, Sydney Zaunbrecher, Annie Simon, Emily Gaspard, Hannah Voeller, Madison Lepretre were all members of the All-Academic team.
VC had a total of 16 athletes make the All-Academic team, and they were Chelsie Benoit, Claudia Benoit, Zanesia Bernard, Cassie Broussard, Leah Camel, Paige Comeaux, Caroline David, Bella Doucet, Haley Faulk, Katie Frith, Ellen Langlinais, Lexi Langlinais, Lauren Lattier, Mary Meaux, Kaylee White and Kelly White.
