Mobile home in Abbeville catches fire; no one injured

The Abbeville Fire Department responded to a mobile home fire Thursday at 9:30 a.m. on Louis Street, just off South Henry Street.
When the firemen arrived, they saw the back of the mobile home on fire. The mobile home is located at the end of Louis Street and did not catch any other homes on fire.
It took the fire department about 15 minutes to get the fire under control.
Not long after the firemen arrived, Britney Huntley, the owner of the mobile home, arrived. She had just left her house to go into downtown Abbeville. A neighbor called her and informed her that her home was on fire. She rushed back to the scene.
No one was injured in the fire. Acadian Ambulance was on scene.
The fire looked to have started in the back of the mobile home, near the kitchen. No news as of 10 a.m. on how it started.
