Vermilion Parish OEP Office looking for count of how many houses were flooded

Vermilion Parish Office of Emergency Preparedness is asking that if you know of anyone in Vermilion Parish that has water in their homes, they need to call the Vermilion Parish Police Jury office at 337-898-4300 or email to vermilionppj@yahoo.com.

Officials are asking that those with claims to email pictures of the damage. The Police Jury is working to compile a list to see if Vermilion Parish qualifies for Federal Assistance with FEMA.

Vermilion Parish OEP says that they also need to know how deep was the water, whether you own the property, and if flood insurance coverage.
