Another alleged Gremlin arrested

Another alleged member of the Gremlin Gang is now behind bars, leaving three still wanted.
Kirkland Demouchet, 20, was booked into the Vermilion Parish Correctional Center on Monday. His bond is set at $1 million.
According to Brooks David of Louisiana State Police, U.S. Marshals arrested Demouchet in Harris County, Texas.
Demouchet is one of 17 people accused of being members of the Gremlin Gang in Abbeville. Demouchet was indicted last December. The indictments included charges of Racketeering, Conspiracy to Commit Racketeering, and Engaging in a Criminal Street Gang which can
carry up to 50 years in prison if convicted.
State police arrested Aaron Carter in Breaux Bridge on Feb. 20. Cody Guidry, on March 2, and Darron Carter, on March 7, recently turned themselves in at the Abbeville Police Department.
Three alleged members of the Gremlin Gang are still wanted, including Travis Cooper, Jerran Diggs and Jonathan Landry. Anyone with information on their whereabouts can contact any local law enforcement agency.
Investigators with the State Police successfully executed arrest warrants late last year for 10 alleged members of the gang, Kavan Broussard, Gene Williams III, Nakia Zenon, Wesley Laviolette, Gregory Bessard, Roland Bernard, Andrew Granger, Stephen Walker, Kendall Breaux and Xavier Dyson.
