Abbeville General Hospital delivers two babies on Jan. 2

Cooper Duhon and Demeterius Levene, both from Abbeville, came into the world on the same day - Jan. 2, 2014
Abbeville General Hospital delivered two babies Thursday morning.
The first baby of 2014 is Levene, who is four hours older than Duhon.
Levene was delivered at 7:25 a.m. and weighed six pounds, 13 ounces and is 19 inches long.
His parents are Shamir Bryant and Derek Levene from Abbeville.
While Levene may be older, he is smaller than Duhon.
Duhon, delivered right before noon, weighed eight pounds, three ounces and is 21 inches long.
His parents are Nikki Desormeaux and Shawn Duhon of Abbeville.
Last year there were 91 male babies and 85 female babies delivered at Abbeville General.
