Mrs. Fallon Pinch Broussard

Pinch, Broussard wed in bliss

Fallon M. Pinch of Meaux, Louisiana, and Marcus J. Broussard of Maurice, Louisiana, were joined together in the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony on Friday, June 27, 2014, at St. Alphonse Church in Maurice. Father Joe Breaux officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William J. Pinch, Jr. of Welsh, Louisiana, and Mr. and Mrs. Louis Landry of Meaux. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alton Dubois of Meaux and Mrs. Dora Mae Pinch and the late Mr. William Pinch, Sr. of Grand Chenier, Louisiana.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Broussard. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Wilbert Broussard of Maurice and the late Mr. and Mrs. Russell Goulas of Cecilia, Louisiana.
The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father, William J. Pinch, Jr. and step-father Louis Landry. She wore a natural white strapless gown with all-over galloon floral chantilly lace overlay satin by BLUE. The train and hemline finish was also edged with chantilly and the empire bodice was graced with a rhinestone belt embellished in silver beads and sequins. She also had a fingertip veil trimmed in lace.

The matron of honor in the ceremony was Katie B. Dubois, a friend of the bride. The bridesmaids were Kendale Guidry, friend of the bride; Hailey Chriss, friend of the bride; Chelsea Hayes, cousin of the groom; Maegan Moore, friend of the bride; Whitnie Pinch, sister of the bride; Brandi Boutte, cousin of the bride; and Lacey Denais, friend of the bride. Calley Broussard, niece of the groom, served as flower girl. Each of the bride’s attendants wore a one-shoulder, floor-length turquoise dress.

Serving as best man was Blake Hayes, a friend of the groom. The groomsmen were Lane Andrews, friend of the groom; Clayton Duhon, friend of the groom; Bryant Denais, friend of the groom; Brady Duhon, cousin of the bride; Blake Landry, friend of the groom; Nathan Richard, friend of the groom; and Brock Dubois, brother of the bride. Eli Dubois, cousin of the bride, served as ring bearer.

Al Allemand, uncle of the bride, provided music for the ceremony, along with Tammy Lynn Maturin, who performed vocals and guitar. Readings were given by Tiffany Neally, sister of the groom, and Dana Lastrapes, cousin of the bride. The ushers for the ceremony were Trevor Courville and Koby Trahan, both friends of the bride and groom.

The mother of the bride was escorted by her husband, Louis Landry. She wore a floor-length royal blue taffeta dress. The step-mother of the bride, Roberta Pinch, was escorted by her husband, William J. Pinch, Jr. The mother of the groom was escorted by her husband, Patrick Broussard. She wore a floor-length burgundy chiffon jade by Jasmine.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the VA Hall in Abbeville, Louisiana. The couple are taking a wedding trip to San Antonio, Texas, before returning to their home in Maurice.
