Menard, Stelly announce upcoming wedding

Dawn Elizabeth Menard of Forked Island, Louisiana, and Jamie Warren Stelly of Forked Island are pleased to announce their upcoming wedding, which will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2014, at 6:30 p.m. at the V.F.F. Hall in Kaplan, Louisiana.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Menard Sr. of Bell City, Louisiana. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Dorville Menard of Cankton, Louisiana, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Francis Castille of Church Point, Louisiana.

She attended South Cameron High School in Creole, Louisiana, and currently works for Crain Brothers, Inc.

The groom is the son of Mrs. Jeanette Stelly and the late Warren Stelly of Forked Island. He is the grandson of Mr. Hildrie Stelly Sr. and the late Lula Stelly of Forked Island and the late Mr. and Mrs. Amadie Noel of Forked Island.

He attended E. Broussard High of Forked Island and is currently self-employed.
