Guidry, LeBoeuf unite in marriage

Natalie Michelle Guidry of Abbeville, Louisiana, and Treylon Charles LeBoeuf of Kaplan, Louisiana, were joined together in the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church in Abbeville. The ceremony was held on June 21, 2014.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jason Guidry of Abbeville. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Guidry of Lafayette, Louisiana, and Ms. Ruby Sherman and the late Louis Sherman of Abbeville.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Danny LeBoeuf of Kaplan. He is the grandson of Ms. Lola LeBoeuf and the late Wilfred LeBoeuf Kaplan and Ms. Esther Simon of Crowley, Louisiana.

The bride’s father, Jason Guidry, gave her away. She wore a Lea Ann Betler gown made of crisp dupioni silk. It features a strapless sweetheart neckline and a beautifully draped bodice with a dramatic pleated mermaid skirt. A uniquely placed beaded belt at the waist accents the chapel length train. The bride wore a waist length veil with a detailed lace trim. Her bouquet was a hand tied bouquet of Vendela and sweetheart roses in a bed of baby’s breath. Tied with an ivory satin ribbon embroidered with a crop-duster in memory of her late uncle. In her bouquet was her mothers blue rosary and a handkerchief belonging to her great grandmother.

The maid of honor for the ceremony was Claire G Broussard, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Madison Hebert (Cousin of the Bride), Caitlin Duhon (Friend of the Bride), Leah LeBouef (Friend of the Bride), Amber Bruno (Friend of the Bride), Simon LeBoeuf (Sister of the Groom). They wore sweetheart neckline, floor length, chiffon dresses, with a pleated bodice in the color mint. They each carried a spring bouquet of pink sweet elegance and yellow idol roses, lavender cremons with apple green hypericum berries and succulents.

Serving as best man in the ceremony was Beau Harrington, friend of the groom. Serving as groomsmen Marshall Guidry (Brother of the Bride), Colby Broussard (Friend of the Groom), Matt Bourgeois (Friend of the Groom), Casey Simon (Friend of the Groom), Caleb LeBoeuf (Brother of the Groom).

Mitchell Guidry (Cousin of Bride), Kyle LeBouef (Cousin of the Bride) served as ushers. The organist in the ceremony was John Buro, and Kip Faulk performed on trumpet.

The reception was held at Black’s in Abbeville. The bride’s cake was altering layers of chocolate cake with vanilla pudding and white cake with chocolate pudding decorated with fondant throughout the cake. The groom’s cake was red velvet cake decorated in the shape of a wakeboard with red boots.

The couple took a trip to Vail, Colorado, and upon their return will reside in Maurice.

The bride graduated from Vermilion Catholic High School in 2012, and from Louisiana State University of Eunice in May of 2014 with an associate’s degree in applied science of business management. She is currently attending University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

The groom graduated from Kaplan High School in 2007. He is currently employed by Halliburton. He also graduated from Louisiana State University of Eunice in December of 2012 with an associates degree in applied science of accounting management.
