The Abbeville Wildcats enter district play on a bit of a hot streak by winning their last two basketball games and three of their last four.

They begin their district schedule by hosting the Erath Bobcats.

The Wildcats are ranked 48th in the most recent power ranking polls, and will need all the wins they can get if they want to claw their way into the top 32.

The Lady Wildcats will also be in action, right before the Wildcats take the court, as they too will take on the Erath Lady Bobcats.

Every team in the parish still has a chance to make the playoffs.

It just depends on how well they perform in district play.
