Hardy seeks re-election in District A

“Being in public service for so many years, I would like to continue to serve the people, ” Hardy said. “I enjoy helping the citizens.”

Hardy currently serves on the Street and Bridge Committee and participates in the Keep Abbeville Beautiful program.

A life-long resident of Abbeville, Hardy has a long and distinguished career of 32 years in public service. He previously served as a police juror for seven terms.

Hardy is married to Hedy Boutte Hardy. He is father to three children, three step-children, and seven grandchildren.

“I am requesting the continued support of the citizens of Distrist A, as well as the entire City of Abbeville,” Hardy said, “as we pursue the completion of goals set in the current administration.”

Those goals include the completion of a $300,000 drainage project in District A to alleviate the flooding on the western part of the city.
