Joseph Abshire, 65, 18204 W. La Hwy 696, Abbeville, was cited with DWI first offense, open container and failure to dim.

July 24
Disturbance on the 600 block of N. Frederick.
Harassment on the 700 block of N. Hebert.
Alarm on the 100 block of N. Irving.
Disturbance on the 500 block of Frederick.
Jerrid Meaux, 21, 302 N. Louisiana, Kaplan, was cited with drag racing, general speed and loud muffler.

Kate Lloyd, 43, 307 Weill St., Abbeville, was arrested and booked with disturbing the peace by language/disorderly conduct, stalking and simple assault.
Janis L. Rutland, 48, 804 E. Fifth St., Kaplan, was cited with signs and signals, driving under duspension, no insurance, expired plate and no registration.
Percy Doucet, 47, 700 N. Amy, Kaplan, was arrested and booked with disturbing the peace by public intoxication.

July 27
Disturbance on the 600 block of N. Montgomery.
Disturbance on the 1000 N. Morvant.
Andy L. Berryhill, 33, 413 E. Amy, Kaplan, was cited with drag racing (exhibition of speed), stop light and no proof of insurance.
Jarvis J. Daniels, 26, 1103 W. Fourth, Crowley, was cited with Failure to Yield and driving Under Suspension.
Jesus Ibarra, 1012 N. Morvant, Kaplan, was arrested and booked with attempted home invasion, resisting an officer two counts and battery on a police officer two counts.
