ABBEVILLE – Funeral services for Jeremiah Walker is scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Macedonia Baptist Church – 607 S. Bailey Street. Burial will be in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery in Gross Isle. Pastor E. J. Guidry will officiate the service.
Jeremiah Walker tragically lost his life in the early morning hours of Monday, May 23, 2016.
He leaves his heart broken mother and step-father, Bertha and Lionel Willis, Sr. of Maurice, LA; his fiance’, Lexie Head of Abbeville, LA; three sisters, Qunisha Springs (Aaron) of Raleigh, NC; Kiyondra Walker and Jemesia Israel (Elijah Israel) of Abbeville, LA; brothers, Aumery Teno of Houston, TX; Jeremy Charles Walker of Abbeville, LA; Lionel Willis, Jr. and Lioneron Willis of Maurice, LA; Grandparents, Lovenia Walker, Mary L. Diggs, Wesley Ann Willis, and Joseph Walker, Jr. all of Abbeville, LA; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jeremy Perry; grandparents, Charles Nolan and George Diggs, Sr.; uncles, Jalen Diggs, Albert Foster, George Landry, his Great-Grandparents, and two great-uncles.
Visitation will be held at Macedonia Baptist Church Saturday, June 4, 2016 from 8:00 A.M. until time of service.
