Man wraps vehicle around tree

Kaplan Fire Department and Resuce units answered a call concerning a single vehicle accident this morning on Romaine Road west of Kaplan. Officials report that Scott Leonard, 42, of Kaplan had to be extricated from the vehicle and was taken by Air Med to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Lafayette. Injuries and cause of accident are unknown at this time.
