Abbeville Police arrest man on drug charges Friday morning

On the morning of Feb. 7, 2014, the Abbeville Police Department executed a search warrant on a residence located at 1801 Godcheaux St. within the city limits of Abbeville.
During the search, officers recovered crack cocaine, marijuana, and prescriptions medications. Arrested was one, Tazarron Landry (34) of Abbeville who was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana, Prohibited Acts and Transactions involving Proceeds from Drug Offenses.
The Police Department also seized cash money during the search. Landry was booked in and transported to the Vermilion Parish Jail, where he awaits bond.
