James Noel was awarded the Jeff and Nelly Guidry Volunteer of the Year Award at the annual Arc of Louisiana Awards Luncheon in Baton Rouge on October 10, 2015. Mr. Noel was nominated for this award by The Arc of Vermilion for his unconditional support that he provided to The Arc of Vermilion this past year.
