Slade Is Welcomed Home

GUEYDAN - Kiley Benoit and Scott Sonnier of Gueydan are happy to announce the birth of their son, Slade Michael Sonnier. Bundle of joy, Slade entered the world on September 3, 2014 at 9:18 p.m. He weighed in at six pounds and fifteen ounces and measured 19 inches long.
Slade’s maternal grandparents are Grayson and Clarissa Benoit and the late Amy Breaux of Gueydan. His paternal grandparents are Michael and Cindy Sonnier of Gueydan. Slade’s great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Rodney J. Breaux, Sr., Mr. and Mrs. Larry Benoit, Mr. and Mrs. Roland Guidry and Mrs. Hilda Sonnier and the late Carl Sonnier, all of Gueydan.
Godparents chosen for Slade are Lacey Benoit, and Anthony Carl Sonnier, Jr. (T-Boug), both of Gueydan.
